Changed your mind? If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund or exchange your product.
Steps to return a product:
- If you are a registered customer, or have set up an account, please follow these steps:
- Click “My Account” link at the bottom of the ArcticShield Home Page
- Select “My Invoice” tab to find your Order Number
- Click the “RETURN ORDER” button
- Indicate which item(s), quantity, and the reason for your return. Please also indicate your Order Number.
- Click the “SUBMIT” button
- ArcticShield customer service team will notify you via email with any further instructions
- If you signed in as a GUEST customer, or other method of ordering, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service department at 877-252-2056 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will email you instructions for returning your product.
- Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email we will send you.
- Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is confirmed by ArcticShield customer service.
- If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact ArcticShield customer service team to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
