Quiet and comfortable midweight jacket

"This is a solid midweight fleece pullover that is windproof and quiet. Definitely designed as an outer layer. Would be hard to wear this underneath another coat. But it does have room to layer a thin jacket underneath. Favorite features are the zippered kangaroo pocket and how quiet it is. It has an inner elastic cuff on the sleeves."
