Mixed feelings

"Wore these for the first time, they work, my toes usually freeze and my feet stayed warm. However, I wear a size 11. 5 boot and got XL (12-13) per the website to go up a size if in between sizes. Went to put them on for the first time and they were so tight the zipper in the back came apart trying to zip them up. Will be reaching out to customer service today to hopefully send these back in exchange for a size bigger with a functional zipper."
